If the IP address of the Rincon WEB GUI has been changed to an unknown address the best method to discover the address is to use Wireshark (or a similar network monitoring software).
1. Start with the Rincon turned off.
2. Connect a PC to directly to the Rincon on an isolated network (no other Ethernet devices connected). Connect the PC to Ethernet A port on the Rincon.
3. Start the Wireshark application. Start a capture.
4. In the filter bar enter "sap" so Wireshark will only display "Session Announcement Protocol" (SAP) packets.
5. Apply power to the Rincon. After approximately 90 seconds of boot up time the Rincon will start sending SAP protocol packets that will be displayed in Wireshark. The IP address that is listed in the Source column is the address of the Rincon.
