The following configuration properties must be the same in the AP and DG radios for the radios to associate:
The Network Name must be the same in both radios, case sensitive. <Main
Menu -> Network Configuration Menu>.
IP addresses must be in the same subnet range; for example, AP radio 192.168.1.101 or 192.168.1.192; DG radio 192.168.1.102 or 192.168.1.193; computer 192.168.1.10. <Main Menu -> Network Configuration Menu -> IP Address Configuration Menu>
Encryption must be the same in both radios, either “ENABLED” with the same Encryption Phrase or “DISABLED.” An Encryption Phrase cannot be entered using Internet Explorer or FireFox – only using Telnet via Ethernet LAN, or via direct connection to the COM1 command port. <Main Menu -> Security Configuration Menu>
If there's an STL filter, it must be between the LANLINK and the STL receiver, NOT between the antenna and the LANLINK. Please reference the attached PDF Cable Connection Guide.
Are both radios powered-up and connected to their antennas? Check the RF coaxial cabling according to the attached PDF Cable Connection Guide.
